More information
The ECE Regulatory Review is underway, led by the Ministry for Regulation (M4R). Their public engagement process concludes on 31 August 2024.
ECC has supported members to make their own submissions and there have been workshops run at the ECC Conference to help.
This PolicyHub is for ECC Members to get an overview of what ECC is recommending in its submission. This provides opportunities for members to contribute more feedback and understand what ECC would like to get from the review.
Members can already make suggestions for ECC’s submission by emailing: policy@ecc.org.nz
Members also have access to a submission template on ECC’s Member Portal.
Full submissions can be emailed to M4R at: Reviews reviews@regulation.govt.nz
