This workshop will help you take your management skills and influence up to a whole new level! It will help you identify and build the skills to connect with your people, parents and stakeholders more powerfully. Designed to be interactive, collaborative and fun, you will spend focussed time learning new skills, strategies and ways to respond (rather than react!). Any cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the workshop will be entitled to a refund less a 10% administration fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the workshop, but before the workshop, are eligible for a credit transfer only. Any cancellations made after the workshop begins will not be eligible for a refund however you will still receive the workshop recording. We will endeavour to provide as much advance notice of a change as is possible, but we cannot accept responsibility for staff time or backfilling positions.
