Enrolments of children are an undertaking between a service provider and parents and both parties must be able to rely on that agreement. If set up clearly at the beginning, centre managers and parents will know what to do should difficult or awkward situations arise.
This webinar will take you through the following topics:
- Your enrolment scheme: the agreement, philosophy statement, policy and fee schedule
- Your enrolment agreement: a legally binding contract
- Legal obligations and issues to consider
- Cancelling an agreement early and centres’ and parents’ rights when ending an enrolment agreement
- Exclusion requirements on the basis of health
This session will be convened by Simon Laube (Chief Executive) and Katina Beauchamp (Senior Strategic Advisor), there will be allocated time for questions.
