About the presenter

Nikki Joyce

With over twenty years of experience as a leader in Early Childhood Education, a wider educational organisation, small to medium businesses and the medical industry, Nikki Joyce has built a purpose-led niche as a Leadership Coach and Mentor. She spent three years as the Principal of St Kentigern Preschool, rebuilding the team alongside designing and building a completely new Preschool. Alongside this, she has been an integral part of the St Kentigern Leadership Team, working alongside the Primary Principals and College Principal to drive the organisation. Prior to this Nikki was the owner of Pikopiko Learning and Bear Park in Herne Bay.

She’s regularly tapped as a leadership coach and mentor, as well as supporting Early Childhood Centres that need to be turned around, but her first love will always be growing others. Starting her next chapter, Nikki looks forward to focusing her time on using her coaching and mentoring to “Make a difference to people who make a difference”.
