Relive the most exciting moments

From 14–16 August, over 300 attendees came together in Rotorua for the ECC Conference 2025. This year’s theme, Igniting the Fire Within, celebrated the passion, purpose, and drive that fuels early learning in Aotearoa.

"The ECC Conference 2025 was an outstanding experience. ECC continues to be front and centre for our sector, providing leadership, connection, and inspiration. The conference was both practical and thought-provoking, bringing together a diverse range of voices and ideas that are directly relevant to our work. We came away energised, better informed, and proud to be part of such an amazing organisation. I would highly recommend it to anyone considering attending in the future."

"A change is brewing in the sector; we are ignited and connected and the ECC conference is the catalyst. Everyone I talked to was overwhelmingly positive and passionate about what they were doing! The activities were fabulous and we loved the opportunity to 'soak' up the vibes in the hot pools."

"As an owner, attending the ECC Conference is always an inspiring and energising experience. It’s a unique opportunity to network with other owners who understand the highs and lows of running a centre, and to share ideas, challenges, and successes. Each time I come away with practical strategies, fresh insights, and new ideas that I can’t wait to implement. The conference reignites my passion and belief in what I do, helping me reconnect with my “why” and bringing renewed energy and purpose to my leadership. I would highly recommend this conference to any owner looking for both professional growth and a revitalised sense of purpose in their work."
