Poll on Equal Pay Amendment Act 2020

The Equal Pay Amendment Act 2020 has passed into law. This Act gives people (particularly women) the chance to make pay equity claims where they believe their role is paid significantly less than a comparable male-dominated role. Pay equity is not the same thing as pay parity, where people doing significantly the same job should be paid the same. We polled ECC members on their view of the two issues.
