Downes Room, Mosgiel Library, 7 Hartstonge Ave, Mosgiel, Dunedin, New Zealand

Are you weighed down by all the rules and paperwork? How do you make sense of it? The Education Act; the Regulations; the Licensing Criteria; the Funding Handbook.
