The Early Childhood Council, in conjunction with a Health and Safety Consultant, designed this Incident Register specifically for use in early childhood centres. The Register fulfils the child reporting requirements, as well as the requirements of the Health and Safety in Employment Act. The carbon copy forms are in duplicate, so that the top copy can be given to parents and the bottom copy kept for the centre’s records.

The 100-form booklet is available to ECC Members for $35.00 (includes GST and p&p), and to non-members for $50.00 (includes GST and p&p).

  Early Childhood Council’s Teacher Registration Assessment Booklet   Teacher Registration Assessment Booklet

The Early Childhood Council’s Teacher Registration Assessment Booklet is available to assist through the Registration process.

It is an efficient and practical resource guide for both the early childhood applicant teacher and their supervising teacher and employers.

It provides a simple system for recording the necessary assessments, and advice and guidance on each of the New Zealand Teachers Council specified ‘29 Satisfactory Teacher Dimensions’. The Booklet also contains one-page forms for each of the Dimensions.

The individual booklets are $29.00 each, or $26.00 each for 5 or more booklets.
